By downloading and using "Photographer's Social Helper" ("the Application"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is provided "as is" and is intended strictly for personal or professional administrative assistance regarding image metadata. You agree to use the Application legally and safely, handling EXIF metadata removal according to your jurisdiction's copyright laws.

2. No Cloud Subscriptions or Data Hosting

As defined in our Privacy Policy, all operations occur solely on your local computing hardware. We do not provision hosting, nor are we liable for the accidental deletion, corruption, or exposure of your primary RAW data files, as we do not maintain backups.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author of this Application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original code architecture and UI designs, is retained as the intellectual property of the author. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or sell copies of the software.
